Refund and return policy

Return window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email support@example.com with your order reference and we send return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving, or sooner when we approve a refund without a return. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace the item or refund in full, including shipping, and we cover the return cost.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped are cancelled and refunded in full.
