Shipping policy

Where we ship

Lint Pebble ships to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is included in the price. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are handed to the carrier within 7 days of payment. Delivery to US addresses takes 7 to 14 days after that, so please allow up to 21 days in total. These windows are our best estimate based on past deliveries; carriers can run late.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email from support@example.com as soon as the parcel ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or the item arrives damaged, email support@example.com with your order reference and a photo where relevant. We reship or refund.
